Rachel Whitney was invited to talk about our trip to New Zealand and she invited me along for the presentation it was the first time I ever spoke in front of a crowd but I loved all of it. We did a presentation about teaching and learning Indigenous Languages and games. I had the opportunity to show off Te Reo Maori and talk about how it became to be and the things I learned while creating this game.

After I showed off my game, I helped Rachel set-up for her portion of the presentation. She took a game that we learned while in New Zealand, and used a few of the Seven Sacred Teachings as actions for it. Being apart-of this day, was just amazing. It taught me I do have the courage to be able to speak in front of people and I was able to show these instructors that the little things they do, really matter.
